The main thing I found out is that if the program does not make heavy use of the Windows systems, dll, registry, but rather keeps all files locally to itself, it will usually work just fine, others not so much. I am not familiar with Limewire setup because I do not use it. This is not to say that it will not work, but rather, you are going to need to play with it a bit. Generally the file you drag over is the executable. Package factory uses whatever files your program has, and creates a package you can run from a U3 device - that is all. It is a not a file conversion program.
